This day last month it was my 33rd birthday, and when I went to collect our mail, I was surprised to find a Vegan Cuts Snack box had arrived for review. Vegan Cuts had emailed Matthew several months ago about us reviewing their products, and Matthew had filled out a form online, but since then I had forgotten all about it. It was exciting to receive delicious snacks on my birthday and it didn’t take us long to open up the box and taste all the delicious Vegan snacks.
It contained all kinds of goodies from Herbal Teas, to Organic Chocolates, to Hemp Hearts and Various other snack bars and organic crackers. It really was a sensation for the tastebuds and as we examined the ingredients we found that the products, which were mostly organic, contained healthy and wholesome ingredients that we would be happy to include in our diet.
We don’t normally buy snacks, but then again it’s really difficult here in spain to get healthy snacks, not even to mention vegan… so this was an extra special treat.
Vegan Cuts is a team of Vegans working together scouring the Internet to find the very best of vegan products including food, clothing, shoes and body-care products and making these available all in one location via their Vegan Marketplace. They have also hand picked various selections of food and snacks, which is available in their Vegan snack boxes, which you can either order a one off, or if you love snacks and like to have a regular supply, you can have them delivered every month directly to your doorstep.
If we lived in the USA I would subscribe to them and get a monthly delivery to our house just to have nice things to offer people when they come around to visit.
In our snack box, there was a packet of Hemp Hearts, which I blended with some water and a few dates to make Hemp Milk and my son Indigo drank the lot. He loved it. He also enjoyed tucking into the pitted olives.
Upon inspection of the ingredients in the different products, we were pleased to see that most of them were organic and none of them contained any artificial flavours or preservatives.
Last year my fiancee Matthew and I walked across Spain on the Camino de Santiago with our son Indigo. When I received the snack box, I wish we had something like this to take with us on our journey, or had some posted to various post offices along the way.
All in all, the Vegan Snack box definitely gets a thumbs up from us and we highly recommend that you check them out too!
