The delivery price is calculated individually for each order - to find the cost for your order go to your shopping cart and press the "Estimate Shipping" button. Choose your country if necessary.
UK Delivery
You have the option to choose from a selection of postage options. We generally post with Royal Mail for orders up to 4kg. Parcels over 4kg may be sent by courier or First Class mail. If we use a courier, you will need to sign for delivery.
We aim to get your order in the post the day after you order, although we cannot guarantee this and ask you to allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Republic of Ireland Delivery
Most parcels to the Republic of Ireland will be sent with An Post from Ballyconnell, Cavan. We aim to post within 24 hours of your order. We may also use a local courier for larger orders.Overseas delivery
Parcels up to 2kg will be sent Royal Mail standard mail. Parcels heavier than this will either be sent by courier or will be split into 2 or 3 smaller boxes and sent by regular mail.
Delivery should take 3 to 5 working days within Europe and 5 or more days to the rest of the world. If your parcel has to clear customs in your country this may increase the delivery time.
Delivery outside of the European Union
Please note that any items sent outside of the European Union may be delayed by customs and any extra customs charges will be your responsibility. If you have food in your parcel, this is entirely at your own risk as customs may not let this through.
Returns
You may return items within 7 days for a full refund, providing that they are unopened and un-used and in their original condition.
