Allergen information: Free from dairy, egg, soy, yeast, refined-sugar, corn and oil. This recipe is Vegan.

We live about 5 minutes walk from the beach and it’s so easy to just go home and eat and I used to rarely bring food or snacks with us when we left the house.  I first made this bread after meeting non vegan friends at the beach one day and having not brought any food with me, had a very upset child wondering why he couldn’t eat the cakes and buns the other children were enjoying. That day I decided to make sure we always have food with us when we meet with other kids, so that Indigo won’t feel left out, and this is one of the ‘finger food’ recipes that I found went down a treat.  My 2 year old son Indigo absolutely loves it. And including Walnuts and Chia seeds, this loaf is not only delicious, it’s nutritious too!
